OWA staff will provide summary advice, only, for certain types of WSIB problems. We can, however, provide you with free information materials to help you better understand the workplace insurance system.

OWA Fact Sheets are available as an aid to help you deal with specific problems. By using the Fact Sheets and speaking with a counsellor, you may be able to help yourself and solve your own WSIB problem.
