If you need more help with your problem than can be provided over the phone, you may be asked to come into the office for a meeting.

OWA staff may be able to resolve your WSIB problem right away. If your problem is more complex, OWA staff will identify any relevant time limits for action in your case and provide you with assistance in meeting these deadlines.

Whenever possible, OWA staff will also try to solve your WSIB problem through telephone contact or letters to WSIB.
