In all of its work, the OWA puts a high
priority on promoting improvements to and on participating
in the functioning of the workplace safety and insurance system.
Over 83% of former OWA clients surveyed in 2007-08 expressed
that they were 'very satisfied' with the overall service received
from the OWA.
